Color correction can be difficult, especially when the hair has been processed with “box” color. Box color tends to become flat and drab, especially since it is formulated for course or gray hair. In this case, we took a beautiful natural blond who went dark using box color to a beautiful warm light brown with highlights. The process took over 5 hours, but the results were stunning! It is recommended to continually deep condition the hair when your hair has undergone extreme processing. I also highly recommend applying a Brazilian Keratin Treatment to help restore the keratin in the hair shaft, take away frizz and tangles and leave the hair silky and shiny for up to four months.
